The 10-Year Quality Builder's Warranty - It Adds Value to Your Home
Quality begins with expectations, which is why we continue to raise our building standards and have implemented a Management Inspection Process to ensure that those standards are met throughout each phase of construction.
To ensure quality at every stage of the construction process, each home is inspected regularly by multiple Kingbridge team members who continually create punch lists. The question we always ask is If we were the purchaser, would we be completely satisfied with this home? When this test has been met and every list has been punched, we have built a home, not just a house.
At Kingbridge Homes we know there is absolutely no substitute for quality. We build quality homes and we stand behind them with our one-year Kingbridge Warranty and by providing buyers the additional security of the 10-year Quality Builder's Warranty (QBW).
The QBW program is backed by Liberty Mutual, one of the nations largest insurance companies. Liberty Mutual adds unparalleled strength and stability through the Quality Builders Warranty program. In addition, the QBW program has a future value when you resell your home; your Quality Builder Warranty is automatically transferred to successive buyers.
The QBW program gives Kingbridge clients complete confidence in the continuing quality in their homes. QBW has high standards: "Not all builders meet the requirements to participate in the QBW program. We offer a top-of-the-line warranty program, but you must be a top-of-the-line builder in order to be eligible."
The Quality Builders Warranty Protection Plan...
The First Year...
The builder warrants the home against defects in workmanship and materials that are the result of non-conformity with QBW's program standards. If the builder is unable to meet this requirement, QBW will.
The Second Year...
Your home is warranted against defects in the wiring, piping, and duct work and the performance of the home's systems and major structural defects as defined in the QBW program.
Third Through the Tenth Year...
Should a major structural defect occur during this period, QBW/Liberty Mutual takes over and will either replace, repair or pay you the reasonable cost of replacing or repairing the defect or item necessary to restore the structural integrity to your home as defined in the warranty.
